Boot camp is your crew. Let’s keep you in class.
If something has been bugging you in class, you’ve probably already tried:
Modifying every jump, burpee, or push-up
Standing in the back and taking it easy
Skipping class for a week or two
Pushing through because you don’t want to miss out
Then you go back to full classes… and it flares up again.
Boot camp is more than a workout. It’s the people, the energy, and the routine that keeps you going.
What we see in boot campers
Wrist and shoulder pain from burpees, push-ups, and planks
Knee and ankle pain from jumping, lunges, and sprints
Low back pain from swings, sit-ups, and fast-paced circuits
Hip pain during squats and step-ups
Achilles and foot pain from lots of jumping and running
Many of our clients train at Burn Boot Camp and Fit Body Boot Camp, and we know how much those classes mean to them.
Why boot camp pain lingers
High reps under fatigue, when form starts to slip
Lots of impact and jumping without enough strength to absorb it
Going all-in after time away
The same movements in class after class
Not enough recovery between tough sessions
Modifying everything forever isn’t a plan. Building you up is.
Our approach: keep you in class
We’ll never tell you to quit boot camp. We’ll show you what to keep doing, what to modify for now, and how to get back to full classes.
If it helps, we’re happy to share tips with your coach so your modifications make sense.
How we help
We don’t guess…we assess. Your first visit is a full hour, 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. From there, your plan follows our three steps:
FEEL BETTER: Calm it down. Hands-on treatment and smart class modifications so the pain calms down while you stay with your group.
MOVE BETTER: Rebuild it. We build the strength, mobility, and control you need for jumping, burpees, and fast circuits.
PERFORM BETTER: Keep it. We get you back to full classes with confidence, and a plan to keep you there.
You’ll leave your first visit knowing what’s going on, what to do next, what to modify for now, and roughly how long it should take.
