Running pain that keeps coming back?
If running has been hurting, you’ve probably already tried:
Taking a few weeks off
Buying new shoes
Stretching and foam rolling after every run
Cutting your mileage way down
Sometimes that helps. Then you build back up for your next race… and the same pain shows up at the same point.
Feeling better after rest is not the same as being ready to run.
What our running analysis looks at
We don’t guess by watching you jog down a hallway. We combine video with a small wearable sensor worn on a belt at your lower back. With every step, it measures:
Impact: how hard you hit the ground and how well your body absorbs it
Symmetry: whether your left and right sides are doing the same work
Stability: how much your pelvis and trunk move around as you run
Because it’s wearable, we can test you on the treadmill or outside on your normal route, so the data looks like your real running.
Why the numbers matter
They can show the lingering effects of an old injury, like a sprain that never fully recovered
They point us to exactly what to work on
They let us compare your results over time, so you can see real progress
You get a clear, color-coded report you can actually understand
Instead of “I think it’s better,” you’ll know.
Who it’s for
Runners with knee, shin, hip, foot, or Achilles pain
Runners coming back after an injury or a long break
Anyone training for a race who wants to stay healthy
Runners who just want to run more efficiently
How we help
We don’t guess…we assess. Your first visit is a full hour, 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. From there, your plan follows our three steps:
FEEL BETTER: Calm it down. We calm down what hurts with hands-on treatment and smart changes to your mileage, so you don’t lose all your fitness.
MOVE BETTER: Rebuild it. We use your analysis results to target the strength, mobility, and running mechanics behind the problem.
PERFORM BETTER: Keep it. We build you back to your normal mileage, speed work, and races, and we retest so you can see the changes.
You’ll leave your first visit knowing what’s going on, what to do next, what to modify for now, and roughly how long it should take.

Running Questions People Often Ask
Do I have to stop running?
Usually not completely. You may need to change your mileage or intensity for a while, but stopping is rarely the whole plan.
Do I need to be fast or experienced?
No. We work with brand-new runners, marathoners, and everyone in between.
Treadmill or outside?
Either. The sensor works on the treadmill or outside on your normal route.
Do you take insurance?
We’re an out-of-network provider, which lets us spend a full hour 1-on-1 with you. Many clients use HSA/FSA cards or submit our documentation to their insurance for possible reimbursement.
